From what I have found, there is only one rear kit that fits the Ford F-53 Chassis used on your 2005 Coachmen Mirada Motorhome. That kit is the # F2170. The FSN-21-9015 number you provided is actually the part number to the sticker on your Firestone Ride-Rite Helper Springs, and not the model number of the helper spring kit itself.
We do have the upper bracket for the # F2170. What you need is the Replacement Upper Bracket for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Kit - Qty 1 # F5216. view full answer...

I have some great replacement RV door latch options. The only one we offer that would come close to fitting such a large cutout is the Bauer Products Camper Door Lock part # BA65FR which fits up to 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall openings so slight modifications would be needed to be made compatible.
